9/11.2007: Brussels A Bizarre Report

Tuesday 9/11.2007:  we drove from Holland to Brussels to exercise our democratic rights, to demonstrate peacefully against the ongoing islamisation and the madness of fundamentalists who have taken hostage humanity with their terror.

As we approached Brussels we saw a lot of  police-officers on motorcycles in hidden positions. Naïve as we are we were thinking of a police checkpoint,…..wrong wrong, we should have known better….they were positioned there to intercept busses with demonstrators in order to prevent them to reach their destination: Brussels.

We were driving a average looking saloon seating 4 gentlemen. The police officer on his motorcycle who came alongside and looked inside our car to see who were inside
acted as if he just wanted us to reduce our speed and being convinced of  us being harmless and innocent he let us proceed to our destination: the anti islam demo in Brussels.

Once we reached the centre of Brussels it looked as if we had entered a Kafka-like chaos, traffic jams, roadblocks: it looked as if we had entered a military compound. Nervously acting policeofficers all around and wherever we looked we saw policevans and squadrons of police officers standing by with their instruments of deterrent: batons, pepperspray, protection shields and watercanons.

After parking our car nearby (we were lucky to find a vacant P-place) we tried to make contact with our friends by telephone noticing that many telephones were not working or had been switched of. Immediately we noticed what was going on: people were being arrested at random but also prominent party leaders that were taken away from the scenes. We hurried to join into the mess and the panic.

When we finally had reached the heart of the demo we again noticed an overwhelming policeforce being fucked up and nervously observing the demonstrators.
The leaders of Vlaams Belang at that instance already being detained and removed in a rude way.
To be honest: I was shocked of what we saw and heard over the phone.

We decided to leave this battlefield and tried to reach the startingpoint: Place du Luxembourg.
After some tactical movements in order to avoid policeforce waiting for us and to avoid police barricades reminding us of the Berlinwall we reached our destination.

Also here there was a huge policeforce present and quite a few “provocateurs”, you know what I mean: those nicely dressed men with small earphones  instructing their uniformed collegues to arrest mr. X or mr. Y.

The whole area was a cacophony of howling sirenes, helicopters hanging above us, police motorcycles, policebusses and ambulances. It looked as if a mega disaster had happened….while it just was a gathering of concerned Europeans that wanted to raise their voice against the terror of a not-so-peacefull religion.

We did NOT come to burn flags, we were not masked, we did not yell : KILL THEM, we were peacefully exercising our democratic rights which we were deprived of by a mad “statesmanship” and an overwhelming enforcement of power. Thus depriving  us from our democratic rights as if we were in a bananarepublic lead by a dictator.

We met with Scotsmen, Englishmen, Americans, Norwegians, Danes , Dutch, Germans,
All were people aiming at one thing: defend their freedom and stopping islamisation and terror.
Nowadays that seems inapropiate and unwanted in Europe.

Brussels but in the first place the Mayor of this European enclave have smacked European Democracy right in the face: in all European cities islamfanatics have burnt flags, called for a holy war against us, taunted and ubused our way of life, have murdered in the name of their religion, cheered when the Twin Towers collapsed, tarnished our remembrance services, called our women whores..... for all of which they got all room and possibilities.
But a peaceful demonstration of concerned civilians against these fanatics is considered dangerous and unwanted.

Brussels looked like a fortress. My God ! where were all those keepers of law and order when our flags were burnt, litteraly treaded under foot and spit upon.
No, at that time they happened to have more important things to do or just sit at home, looking in another direction because they had forgotten that these attacks were not carried out by ordinary civilians but fanatic islamic terrorcells and then - of course -  in our demonstration it is logical you do everything within your power to stop those stupid taxpayers that want to exercise their democratic rights.

Poor Europe, we are losing our sons and daughters in the deserts fighting to protect our much hailed western democracy, while at the same time this democracy is killed by police force on our own territory.

But remember one thing :when the time comes you can not say: WIR HABEN ES NICHT GEWUSST, because then  our once democratic and free leaders will have been killed.
